My healing journey…
I’ve been battling some anxiety, and I’ve realized that walking outside and praying has given me some relief. I didn’t plan for it to become my refuge, but it has.
One morning, when the heaviness felt unbearable, I put on my shoes and walked. I didn’t know where I was going only that I needed to move. I found a trail near my home, and as I stepped into that quiet space surrounded by trees and sky, my soul instinctively whispered a prayer. At first, it wasn’t anything profound, just a desperate, quiet “God, please help me.” And He met me there. Something sacred happens with each step, I feel like I’m leaving behind the pressure, the overthinking, the fear. My breath slows down, my thoughts soften and my prayers become less about begging for relief and more about being held.

Breathe in Peace…
The Holy Spirit is the very presence of God within us. Let Him lead. Let Him renew. Let Him fill every empty space. There is power in His presence, and peace in His voice.

I choose healing…
I declare today: I am no longer a prisoner to pain, to fear, to shame or to anything that is not of You. I choose healing. I choose peace. I choose freedom. – denise marie

Finding peace in His presence…
Today, I choose to slow down and to be present with God. His presence is inviting me to breathe deeper and to simply be at peace. – denise marie

My God is faithful..
There were days when I felt like giving up. Times when the weight of grief, betrayal, or uncertainty pressed hard against my soul. But in every low moment, God showed up. Not always with instant answers or solutions, but with His presence, He whispered peace to my anxious heart and reminded me, “I am with you.” Through it all, I have discovered one unshakable truth: My God is faithful.

Let God’s love be your safe place..
There is nothing more powerful than the love of God. You are not invisible to Him, His love is personal and present, and brings peace to your soul. Where His love is, healing flows. Let His love be your safe place today. – denise marie

Don’t give up…
Trusting Jesus is not about having perfect faith, it’s about knowing who He is.
The more I lean into Him, the more I realize, I don’t need to have it all figured out. I just need to follow the One who already does.
Maybe today you’re waiting for an answer, holding on through pain, or trying to rebuild after loss. If so, I want to remind you, Jesus sees you and walks beside you through it all. Don’t give up. Keep trusting.
