There’s something about being in God’s creation that calms my soul. The sound of the wind through the trees, the warmth of the sun on my skin, it all reminds me that He is in control.
Anxiety fades, worries quiet, and my heart finds rest.
Nature is His masterpiece, a gentle reminder that I am held, I am seen, and I am loved.

“So if the son sets you free, you will be free indeed”. – John 8:36
Through every situation, I choose to trust God. He sees what I cannot, knows what I do not, and is leading me toward the peace, love, and wholeness I deserve.
Letting go isn’t always easy, but I know His plans are greater than my own. I will walk forward in faith, knowing He is guiding my steps.

God’s love for a broken heart is deep, tender, and unwavering. Scripture tells us that He is especially close to those who are hurting:
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18
When our hearts are shattered by loss, disappointment, or pain, God’s love becomes a healing balm. He does not turn away from our sorrow but draws near, offering comfort, peace, and restoration.
In Isaiah 61:1, we see Jesus’ mission:
“He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners.”
This means that no matter how deep our wounds are, His love can restore us. He does not waste our pain but uses it to draw us closer to Him, teaching us to trust in His goodness even in the midst of sorrow.
If your heart is broken, know that you are never alone. God sees you, loves you, and is working to heal and restore you in ways beyond what you can imagine.

Self-love, value, worth, and respect don’t come from external validation but from embracing who I truly am. I honor myself, because I am enough.
I choose to: ✨ Love myself unapologetically ✨ Recognize my inherent value ✨ Walk in confidence and self-respect ✨ Set boundaries that honor my worth
His Word reminds me: ✨ I am chosen (1 Peter 2:9) ✨ I am fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) ✨ I am redeemed and forgiven (Ephesians 1:7) ✨ I am His masterpiece (Ephesians 2:10)
I choose to stand firm in God’s truth and know my identity is secure in Him.

As I sit in the quiet of Your creation, watching the birds soar with grace and freedom, I feel Your presence surrounding me. The gentle breeze, and the songs of the birds remind me of your perfect peace.

I’ve learned that nature provides a unique space for me to reconnect with God while nurturing my own soul.
The same God who created the beauty around us also created us with care and intention. When we allow ourselves to pause and listen, we hear His whispers reminding us of our worth and His love.

Yesterday as I went for a walk, the wind was gusting and the clouds began to cover the blue sky. I watched in awe, as the palm trees were swaying, being pulled back and forth against the strong force of the wind.
It reminded me, that in this life, I will experience disappointment, heartache, and challenges, that just like these palm trees, I will sway back and forth amongst the winds of life, bending…but not breaking.
Even in those times of uncertainty, God said He would be with me and I am covered by His promises that are steadfast, unwavering and consistently loved.

There’s something deeply grounding about being surrounded by God’s creation.
Finding moments of peace is essential for our well-being. For me, praying in nature has become a powerful way to calm my nervous system and restore a sense of balance.
When praying outdoors, I am free from the distractions of daily life, and many times I feel a deeper connection to God. It reminds me of His presence in all things and provides a sacred space to surrender worries, express gratitude, and seek guidance. As I breathe in the fresh air and focus on His creation, my heart rate slows, my thoughts become clearer, and a sense of peace washes over me.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, I encourage you to step outside, find a quiet place, and pray. Whether it’s in a park, by the ocean, or simply in your backyard, let nature be a sanctuary for your soul. You may find, as I have, that the simple act of praying in nature brings a profound sense of calm and renewal. – denise marie

There is nothing like the backdrop of snowcapped mountains sitting boldly in front of the crisp morning sunrise while being graced by the elegance of wild horses.

These last few years, I’ve learned to slow down just enough to be present and lean into the stillness as I seek God in prayer. My greatest moments are when I am basking in His presence while in nature, it brings me pure joy.
